We will be meeting on Saturday, the 5th of May, in Levent Istanbul. Nowadays, we have lots of subjects to talk within ourselves, on top of these comes the Turkish people’s favourite one, i.e. politics. This time the purpose of our gathering is to define strategies and action plan for our LBS Club, which I believe, would eventually serve for the intellectual life of our country.
To warm up for the agenda of our meeting, please find attached the survey, for which we expect to receive your feedbacks before Saturday. You could also give the printed copy of your replies on Saturday before the start of our meeting.
As I briefly mentioned in my previous email, the planned programme of the meeting is to start at 2 pm with getting together and introducing ourselves. It will contniue with idea generation and feedback on proposed projects, and define new ones. Needless to say, we aim to have a nice social gathering beyond tea and coffee breaks within the planned sessions. In order to leave more space for the aftermath, we plan to finalise our technical programme at 4.30 pm. And then, we will continue enjoying life in Istanbul. Oguzhan has creative ideas for having fun together.
